With Mother's Day in the UK yesterday, I hope that many of you got to spend some special time with your family yesterday. Last Thursday during half term week, I took Max and Freddie to see Disney’s new animated film, “The Princess and The Frog”. This was a film about making your dreams come true, and it espoused some of the lessons that I teach my clients when helping them to define and achieve their own dreams or goals.
