So, there I was, sitting in Costa Coffee in Frodsham with my Flat White, pondering on projects various, when two women approached me – S and J (hi S and J if you’re reading!... I do remember your names but I’m keeping you anonymous):    Read More

Hi Amanda, I really enjoyed this EZine and found it very motivational, when I have something to do that I dont want to do - not knowing where to start is one of my problems, and taking that first step is often the hardest part, but once Ive done that then the rest is not so difficult.

Amanda, how timely. We're at a crossroads in our family's life. What we really want to do is both be self-employed, sell everything, buy an RV and tour the U.S. with our wee kids while working "from home/rv." I'm going to sit down with my hubby and start working on identifying your #1, 2 and 3, then take the first step.
Thank you!!

With Mother's Day in the UK yesterday, I hope that many of you got to spend some special time with your family yesterday.  I trust you were duly pampered, thanked and generally fussed over etc for all that you are and all that you do as a mum!  I'm thinking of starting a campaign to have Mother's Day every Sunday.  What do you think?!   Read More

Three Steps to Achieving Your Dream From The Girl Who Kissed a Frog

Wednesday, March 03, 2010

Hi Amanda, I loved this story and it is so true. About 15 years ago, while not sleeping due to jet-lag and being slightly uneasy about my role at work, I had a very clear vision of me doing work helping managers to create working environments that really helped people to be their best. I could even see my business cards! I was so excited. By morning a bit of objectivity/caution had set in so I didn't resign immediately but somewhere I must have kept the vision and I remember about 5 years later, when I had extablished myself as a leadership coach, remembering it. Spooky these visions! R xx
