Several weeks ago I wrote part one of a blog post entitled “Suffragettes, Sinatra and Pants: Your First Three Principles of Work Life Balance” with the intention to send you part two in the following issue. Then something inspired me and I wrote about that for the next issue. Having already written part two, I completely forgot to post it. The time has never been better to consider bringing the office home! it! Downtime is so important for all of us and this has just reminded me that I need to plan it in- otherwise somehow things just creep in and before I know it I'm rushing round like a headless chicken - again!
